What was the final diagnose for Paul Pierce knee?

When paul pierce injured himself in the playoffs this year he did not get it checked because he wantes to keep on playing, did he end up getting sugery and is he going to play next year for the celtics....

Answer: It was a strained mcl and a bruised knee. No surgery required, but he'll need rest to recover. He'll be there for the start of the season if nothing else happens to him.

What is it about Paul Pierces game that makes him a great player?

Im wondering about the Celtics game. Ray Allen is he is a great shooter and reasonably fast. Rondo is very fast, incredible defender, and a great passer. KG is quite athletic and great at defense.

But Paul Pierce I notice isnt as good a shooter as Ray, as athletic as KG, or as quick as Rondo. What in his game makes him shine and be effective?

Answer: The reason why The Truth is so good is that hes so versatile, he can shoot, defend, grab rebounds, be the play maker. Plus he is one the best finishers meaning when he goes and attacks the rim, he will either score or get fouled or get both. Paul Pierce is just an all around great player.

Answer: Define "best player"??? MVP? Most improved? As long as he's part of the big 3 he'll never get (nor does he deserve) an award. There are more hard working, talented players in the league who out perform Pierce with limited talent on their team. Pierce's success is a result of his surroundings, not talent.
