But the truth is if George Zimmerman could get off scott- free for an assault on a white cop then there isn't much that he couldn't get away with, and it's not wonder that he felt empowered to go on committing crimes.

In fact if he could assault a white cop and get aways with it, then no I don't think it would have been different if Trevon had been white.

People need to understand that the country has changed. It's about money now, and rich, politically connected people with influence in the government and law are being allowed to run over all of us, and play by a different set of rules.

If we make this about race we miss the point. The point is that this Hispanic/ Jew or whatever he is, is a spoiled pampered brat that is out of control and a danger to society. He got away with beating up a white cop, so far he is getting away with killing a black kid. We should not wait for what's next. We all, of all races, need to band together and throw his a$$ in jail before he hurts someone else.

What is all the proof on Trayvon Martin attacking George Zimmerman?

I recall seeing on /b/ earlier today some of the proof that he attacked George Zimmerman, including witness testimonial, there was a link to a nwes website. I cant remember, however. Any other such proof would also be appreciated, I know he had been suspended for pot dealing, and had pot in his blood. I also know George was the neighborhood watch.

Answer: Bree: Martin didn't fight anyone "for his life". He started a fight with a guy who just so happened to have a gun. Plain and simple. Zimmerman apparently wasn't waving the gun around. Should Zimmerman not have gotten out of his vehicle, probably. However, maybe Martin should have simply just gone straight home too. Right now, the evidence supports self defense. Martin circled back and met Zimmerman at his vehicle. Since Martin has no marks on him outside of cuts on his knuckles and the gunshot wound, it is pretty clear to anyone with a high school education that Martin threw the first punch Given everything that is currently known, this case will be thrown out, unless the prosecution can prove that Zimmerman approached Martin with gun in hand.

The media keeps calling George Zimmerman a White Hispanic, Bill OReilly said he was half white/half hispanic.Now I know Hispanic is an ethnic group and not a race but how can they tell he is white.He looks like he is probaly mestizo or half white/half American Indian.

Answer: Because one of his parents is actually FULL BLOODED WHITE.....His other parent is "hispanic" and he gets some white from that side as well....Though obviously we don't know what that fully consists of. I think that title is fair in this case....He's got more white in him then anything else.

Answer: Time online and almost all news cycles have been covering the story for a while, but I'll give you the cliffnotes version:

- George Zimmerman was a voluntary Neighborhood Watch who was taking criminal justice classes and owned a gun. He called 911 all the time, over any disturbance. He has a record, with police brutality and a violent encounter with a girlfriend being on it.
- One night, Zimmerman saw a young black man walking around and called 911, saying that the person "looked suspicious". The 911 operator told him to do nothing and not pursue the person.
- Zimmerman pursued the person anyway and had a confrontation with him. At some point he pulled out his gun and shot the boy in the chest, killing him.
- The boy turned out to be an unarmed 17-year-old who was walking home from a gas station and had nothing on him but an iced tea and a pack of skittles that he had just bought.
- Zimmerman claims that he shot out of self-defense because the boy attacked and threatened to kill him. The police took him at his word and did not arrest him when they showed up at the scene.
- The outcry was so huge (that an unarmed black teen was shot dead walking home and the killer never even taken in or charged) that a special FBI agent was sent down to the area and determined that Zimmerman should have been arrested and charged with murder, which he is now being.

It seems like these days whether its the jet blue pilot or George Zimmerman there are more people than ever teetering on the edge or bonkers and when you flip on the news you find out that todays the day they took the plunge. Some are paranoid, some actually oppressed, but more and more we have people screaming, shooting, and blowing stuff up all over everywhere. What do you think makes more people like this than ever these days? Do you think our societies pressure is creating this, or something else, and how could it be changed?

Answer: zimmerman did not go wild. he did the same thing that anybody with a brain would do when faced with a violent physical attack.
as for the JBlu pilot perhaps it was the stress of working too many hours. Or maybe he had some mental condition that just blew up that day.

Answer: In my opinion, this case does NOT fall under the "Stand Your Ground" law. Zimmerman was told NOT to follow the victim and he continued to do so.

"Fruits of the Poisonous Tree" dictates that by failing to comply with the instructions of the dispatch, Zimmerman compounded the problem that resulted in the victim "fighting for his life" only because Zimmerman pursued the young man.

There's no self-defense issue on Zimmerman's part.

Time will tell but I don't believe Zimmerman will get off charges in this case.
