Answer: I like the evolution of robin thicke. I got it when it came out last year. I didnt hear too much of his first albulm either, but when he switched to rnb and changed his style up from the 1st album to the 2nd..thats when i started paying more attention to him. The one hes about to come out with i have to listen or hear more of it first. I dont like the magic song too much. but his lyrics are good and his style goes good with almost any song. Can anyone give me some tips to make my voice singing higher?

I have a baritone voice,and people say i have a voice like i should be on radio,but to tell u the truth i wish i had a voice and singing like robin thicke or brian mcknight.but id rather have a voice than no voice at all. can anyone give me sum tips to help me sing better and possibly help me sing octaves higher.

Answer: i am a singer as well. and have a quite a large range. the rules for singing are as followed:
1. stand tall, shoulders back head straight. relax do not tense up. it helps me to stand feet shoulder width apart with one foot moved slightly more forward then the other.
2. when you sing keep your mouth open and use good vowel shapes when singing. this ill force you to raise your soft pallet and open up your throat. it's important to not sing from your throat. it is terrible for your vocal chords.
3. practice makes perfect so do a lot of range exercises. such a singing "la" with an "AH" vowel shape from "Do"- "Do" and then transpose up a half step with each time. an gradually go up more and more. practice this every day or even twice a day and it will help improve your range
