Answer: It looks like her makeup mainly consists of eyeliner- Rim the entire eye with a black liner. Next, you can take a small brush and a brown eye shadow (a cooler shade such as a grey brown for the first look, or a richer brown for the second ) and smudge it along your lower lash line all the way to the eye duct. Take a slightly lighter brown shadow and place it on your upper lid. Next, make a sweeping line from your lower lash line toward your brow in order to give the same cat eye shape. (See picture to get exact shape) Now generously coat your top and bottom lashes with mascara, and you're done!

Ps. Lining your eyes as such creates the illusion of a much smaller eye, so I would not suggest this look if your eyes are naturally smaller :)

Anyone been approached in London by a model scout claiming to work for Elite Model World, is this a scam?

My 15 yr old daughter was approached in Covent garden and given a card by a model scout called Cesar Perin from elite model world. I have searched all the details out on the net and although there seems to be a website, there does not seem to be any contact details. The details on the card are only those of the individual so Im suspicious. Any one had the same card?

Answer: Yes, it is legitimate. The guy who approached you said he was from 'Elite Model World' but that's the generic term for the whole company.
Usually it's just referred to as 'Elite' or 'Elite Model Management'. There are branches (or whatever you want to call them) all over the world in America and England etc etc

I would trust them, they seem to be quite a reputable agency. The agencies that you need to be wary of, are the ones that ask for you the girls to be at least 16 (so they don't need their parents to be there), and also ones that ask for you to pay for your portfolio shots. In particular there's an agency called 'Zebra' you should be wary of.
ANY reputable agency will never ask you directly for any money to pay for photos, the model is working for them and if they want you then they pay for the photos themselves!

Good agencies don't ask for money, or for you to be at least 16 before they sign you. They will look after their clients and make sure they have finished school etc before they work, and won't ask girls to work during term time.

If you are suspicious of this person in particular, but your daughter wants to do modelling then you could contact another agency like Premier, Ford or Select Model Management. They are all based in London and stuff.

What are some celebrities who are famous for two things?

I want to know of a celebrity that is maybe the heir to a company, but is maybe famous for being a model/actor/musician. Someone where if they were just an heir, they wouldnt be famous or if they were just a musician, they wouldnt be famous. But its the fact that theyre both, that theyre famous.
Example: A celebrity who manages another celebrity, but also did an acting role in a major motion picture.

Answer: Drew Barrymore would have been famous for just being apart of the famous Hollywood Barrymores, but has built her own amazing career as an actress, producer, and director.
