The dance-off between Emmitt Smith and Mario Lopez, right, put ABC on top for the night even as the networks ratings dropped off considerably at 9:30 for the debut of Show Me the Money. That new game show, with William Shatner as host, averaged 12.5 million viewers from 9:30 to 11, losing more than 6 million viewers from its first half-hour to its last. Meanwhile, 3 Lbs, CBSs new medical drama about two neurosurgeons, played by Stanley Tucci and Mark Feuerstein, had its premiere at 10 in third place, with 9.8 million viewers. Neither new series could knock NBCs Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from its perch as the No. 1 show at 10 (14.7 million).
